Strong! This product is very potent. I recommend using 5+ drops in a tablespoon of olive oil. It appears to be a strong ally against systemic candida, although I am still battling it. I must be cautious as too much can lead to back pain and discomfort in my kidneys.

I use this for toothache and at the first signs of sore throat. For toothache, I apply it directly to the affected area, and for sore throat, I put two drops on the back of my tongue. It seems to prevent infections from worsening. It’s very potent, which some may find challenging.

This is a fantastic product! In my opinion, it’s the best oregano. The only downside is that the bottle leaks around the stopper. I use it for back pain, varicose veins, and insect bites. I also take it internally to alleviate discomfort.
